I've been in the healthcare field for almost 20 years. I find it one of the most rewarding fields because what we do truly makes a difference in the lives of others. We offer care to an aging population that deserves to be treated with love, dignity, and respect.
I started my healthcare journey as the human resource and staffing coordinator at a skilled nursing facility. I eventually moved into the business office and resident account management. I also gained experience in health information management before becoming an Executive Director.
I try to be a great listener and a happy and compassionate person with an optimistic outlook on life. I believe that communication is the bedrock of every relationship, whether business or personal. My door is always open to my residents, their families, and my team!
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures. I've traveled to London and South Africa and have also been fortunate enough walk along the Great Wall in China and take in the beautiful view from the Burj Kalifa in Dubai.
