In her role as executive director at Quail Ridge, Ann Kolsen brings much happiness and dedication to the community.
Ann has worked in assisted living for 11 years. She started as a CNA, moved on to become a med tech, and then stepped into the role of sales manager, keeping her community at 100% occupancy for two straight years before becoming the executive director. No matter the role, Ann loves every challenge assisted living brings her way.
Ann has five children and 17 grandchildren, all of whom bring much joy to her life.
