My journey to a leadership role with Century Park's Remington Heights began when I started my career as the Business Office Manager in 2014.

Looking back on that decision, I cannot imagine a better choice for myself and family. By joining Remington Heights, I not only began a rewarding career: I also gained an even bigger family.

I was blessed to have my three remaining biological grandparents still with me into my 40s. Unfortunately, all three passed away during the past five years. The residents at the facility have been my grandparents vicariously.

Six of the residents who lived here when I first started 7½ years ago are still here today. During tough times, I think of their resilience. Our residents are No. 1, and they are my focus. I am humbled by awesome responsibility to lead this community of amazing seniors.
