Michael Miller
Michael Miller has a long and committed work history of leadership roles in the non-profit sector. After completing a bachelor's in social work from Lubbock Christian University, he dedicated 11 years to vulnerable children and families through his work at Youthville (Ember Hope). During this time, he went on to complete master's degrees in social work and business administration from Newman University.
In 2011, Michael began his transition into aging services and became a licensed nursing home administrator. Since that time, he has gained several years of experience in all stages of retirement communities within the greater Wichita area.
While Mike's diverse experiences over the past 20 years have served residents at opposite ends of the age continuum, working with both ages groups has instilled in him a passion for building a better life for residents and improving processes to work more compassionately and productively.
Reflecting on his own work history, Michael remains steadfast in his desire to improve the lives of vulnerable people regardless of their age.
