These communities understand the risk that visitors and third-party care providers can pose for residents and staff and have put in place policies to help mitigate that risk. As a trusted symbol of Safety, the Accushield® 5-Star Safety Rating helps communities increase awareness of the importance of safety through defined visitor management, health screening, entry policies, procedures, and systems.

More PhotosI'm grateful to be joining the Longmont family. I'm excited to lead our team and watch it flourish as we work together to meet and exceed goals and expectations.
Before coming to Longmont, I spent time as an LPN in specialties in the U.S. Army, at Denver Health Trauma and in skilled nursing facilities.
As a child, I watched my mother, who was an RN for more than 35 years, maintain a rigorous work and school schedule. She sacrificed because she wanted to give her children a better life. My life has been inspired by the dedication in others I saw in my mother. To me, she represents the epitome of "hard work reaps results."
Today, I am motivated by the sense of respect I have for all people. When I interact with associates, residents and their family members, I always want to communicate honestly, openly and compassionately.
I am have three wonderful children: Anthony, Jovana and Domenic. I'm also the proud, dedicated husband to my wonderful wife, Lorraine. We feel blessed to be a part of the Longmont family, and I look forward to meeting every associate, resident and family member!
