In contrast, The Bridge at Cleveland provides assisted living services, offering more hands-on support for those who need help with activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and other daily tasks. Both communities prioritize comfort and quality of life, but each is tailored to different levels of independence and care needs.

Is The Bridge at Cleveland a nursing home or skilled nursing facility?

No. The Bridge at Cleveland offers assisted living for individuals who are unable to live alone yet do not require the full services of skilled nursing care. Our stunning community offers private apartments and individualized health care services on an as-needed bases. We strive to help each resident maintain the highest level of independence possible.

Is skilled nursing available should care needs change?

Garden Plaza and The Bridge are part of a continuum-of-care campus that also offers therapy services and skilled nursing care so you can receive additional care as needed while being close to home. Our therapy center offers outpatient physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies with specially trained therapists at an additional cost. And, should you need to recover from a hospital stay, need IV therapy or need to transition to complete personal care, Life Care Center of Cleveland, our skilled nursing facility, is located next door.

What types of senior apartments are available?

Apartments are available in a variety of floor plans. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette and private bathroom and is completely unfurnished, allowing each resident to express his or her individuality with furniture and décor to match your personal taste and make you feel most at home. Please feel free to measure your new apartment to help you plan for the furnishings you want to bring.

Does the community schedule activities and events?

Life Enrichment Opportunities are provided for residents seven days a week. Activity calendars are posted in the activity room and are available to each resident monthly.

Does The Bridge at Cleveland provide transportation?

Transportation is provided for shopping, sightseeing, activities, and medical appointments. Please arrange for transportation in advance with the receptionist.

What is the dining schedule?

Meals are served three times daily in our community's dining room. We also offer a room service option. The private dining room is available for special occasions and can be reserved by contacting the receptionist. Guest meals tickets can be purchased from the receptionist, as well.

When are visiting hours?

Visiting Hours are unlimited. Our front lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Guests visiting after hours can ring the front doorbell for entrance.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Contact one of our representative to learn more about accommodating your furry companion.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our buildings, as we are committed to providing a healthy environment for our residents, associates, families, and visitors. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the building.
