Tom Brooks

Tom Brooks was born in northern Germany and moved to the U.S. in 1979, where he entered the U.S. school system and finished high school. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army and enlisted as a Combat Engineer in the Desert Shield/Desert Storm Theater.

Tom continued his education in aviation and completed his credentials for flight operation with United Airlines. After years of service, he ventured into the healthcare arena with a proven track record of leadership and vision, serving as an Executive Director for more than two decades.

Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated a passion for organizational growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence. His dynamic approach to leadership has consistently driven significant improvements in performance, employee engagement, and community impact.

As an Executive Director, Tom has successfully managed diverse teams and large-scale projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the broader goals and mission of the organization.
