Hurricane Milton Update

 Century Park Associates is humbled to report that all our Florida communities never lost power throughout the storm and have braved the storm with minimal to no damage to our communities. Our special gratitude to our team members and residents at The Bridge at Ocala, The Bridge at Orlando, Harbor Place at Port Saint Lucie, and Garden Plaza at Inverrary for their unwavering commitment. We are so fortunate that all our staff has reported to work safely. We will continue to keep the state of Florida in our thoughts and prayers. Our Harbor at Port Saint Lucie and Garden Plaza at Inverrary staff and residents are honored to host our associates and residents from Life Care of Punta Gorda and Life Care of Estero during Hurricane Milton. Our communities Harbor Place at Port Saint Lucie, The Bridge at Ocala, Garden Plaza, and The Bridge at Inverrary residents and associates are sheltering in place. All our communities have fuel for our generator’s, and sufficient food and water supply.  The Bridge at Orlando, we have been strongly encouraged by the state fire marshal to evacuate. Residents have either chosen to reside with their family or evacuate to the Bridge at Ocala. For general questions and updates, please contact the Century Park Support Center at (423) 485-9405.

Hurricane Milton is forecast to make landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast on Wednesday. Century Park Associates does not have any communities on the Gulf Coast, however, our communities in Fort Lauderdale, Port St Lucie, Orlando and Ocala are preparing to shelter in place currently. All of our communities have generators, ample food and water supply and key staff in place to weather the storm with our residents. Any family members desiring to host their loved one during the hurricane has until Tuesday noon to make contact with our executive directors at these specific locations. Updates will be posted for each community on their community Facebook pages with their emergency contact numbers provided.
