Andrew Granger has been nominated for December’s GEM award by his colleagues. As Cherry Creek Retirement Village’s Sales Associate, he has played a significant role in fostering the growth of our community’s occupancy. Andrew is a valuable team player, and his attention to detail unites us. He exemplified kindness, compassion, and care, truly embodying the mission, vision, and values of Century Park Associates. Andrew consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our residents by presenting them with thoughtful gifts, showing the “Andrew special” to potential residents, and helping residents find their place at Cherry Creek. Andrew’s care extends beyond the residents; he also shows support to his co-workers, surprising them with flowers on their birthdays, sending them comforting cards on difficult days, and actively participating in birthday celebrations within our community. Andrew’s presence at CCRV is appreciated. We are grateful for Andrew, his excellent efforts, and all he does for our team, residents, and the Cherry Creek community.
