Frank Soto was nominated by Sierra Cannon to be Garden Plaza at Greenbriar Cove’s GEM winner for September 2023. Frank is Garden Plaza’s maintenance assistant, and the residents believe he does a lot behind the scenes for the community. He is always happy to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed, especially without any hesitation or complaint. He was recently seen helping a resident move furniture from their car into their apartment. To ensure the resident did not receive any injuries, he stood by the resident until the task was completed thoroughly. Frank is often known to see things through from start to finish in very kind and gentle ways.
